Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with a product you may return it within 60 days of purchase.
Returned items will be refunded with applicable sales tax in original payment method.
Shipping and handling is not refunded unless an error occurred on behalf of Dirty Duck’s distribution center.
All returns are subject to physical inspection. Dirty Duck must have the product back and it must be inspected before a credit will be issued, credits are only issued on new/unused products.
Defective items are backed 100% and can be returned for exchange only within one year of purchase date with proof of purchase.
Dirty Duck does not accept returns on closeout or sale items.
